April 13th, a “Pressure-relief Salon” for Nankai students was held at Student Development Community Jinnan campus, Nankai University.
Hosted by Nankai University’s Life Instruction Center, the activity attracted more than 20 students from different colleges and schools.
The participants took PSTR tests for 6 to 8 minutes, and recorded their test results on “psychic fitness” cards. Based on their test results, the instructors for “psychic fitness” lead the participants to take pressure-relief exercises and relax themselves both mentally and physically.
In the part of team quality development, the instructors played several interesting games with the participants. Under the guidance of the instructors, the participants also located the area that they felt most stressful on their bodies and communicated with their partners so that they could effectively find and give vent to their pressure.
